Each patient's experience at our practice is important to us. As we strive to
provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This
MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was
made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical
staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Listened: Measures how carefully the provider listens to the needs of each and every patient.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this
practice to family and friends.
Kathy Dell’Orco, RNC-WHNP is a nationally certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University in College Station, Tx in 1993. She interned as a prenatal educator prior to graduation and fell in love with obstetrics. She then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Oklahoma where she graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing. She spent the next ten years working as an RN prenatal educator, gynecology/oncology nurse, high risk antepartum nurse, and a labor and delivery nurse. She knew she was committed to women’s health and decided to obtain her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. After graduating in 2005, she then spent the next ten years working as an OB/GYN NP in a private practice. Her passion is prenatal education, obstetrical care, transitioning new moms into motherhood, and providing preventative health care to women of all ages.
Kathy works in collaboration with Dr. Rachel Robinson providing prenatal care, post partum care, well woman exams, diagnostic studies, and other routine gynecological care.
Kathy has a passion for obstetrics that has endured for over 20 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, going to the movies, and volunteering at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School and Church.
